Vehicle Accidents

The vast majority of personal injury cases occur from accidents involving some type of motor vehicle. If, due to the fault of another, you are involved in a vehicle accident as a driver, passenger, pedestrian, bicyclist, or motorcyclist, the at fault party's insurance carrier is obligated to pay for any resulting injury and property damage, including monetary damages for medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages.

Construction Accidents

When a construction worker is injured on the job, he or she is entitled to compensation under the law, including medical treatment and lost wages.

Many cases may involve a jobsite safety violation which will allow the worker to recover Labor and Industry compensation as well as third-party recovery against a negligent contractor or equipment supplier.

Maritime Accidents

Maritime work is among the most dangerous of professions. Fisherman, tug workers, processors, and maintenance crews can be injured in the normal course of duty. The Jones Act is a federal maritime law that provides for benefits to workers who are injured on sea going vessels on navigable waters. If a maritime employee becomes injured as a result of an accident on or near the water, they may be entitled to make a claim.
